Marriott Executive Apartments Riyadh, Convention Center

No comfort

Old building with broken windows. They offered another room with the same problem saying it’s common problem in the hotel. Air and noise from the street especially morning time since medical city nearby. I couldn’t find comfort in my stay.

Cleanliness, location & value

Location clean spacious

Clean

Front desk is poor service. I booked with breakfast but the staff approach me thet beeakfast is not included. I I have to go to the front desk again and fixed it. When i checked out and return the card and when I reached home staff called me and said that I did not pay. Where in fact when I checked in I paid through my visa card. It is very disappointing. I did not expect that it happened to me because marriot is a five star hotel I have a high expectation.

Slow check in - annoying traffic sounds nearby

Spacious compared to the price

The cleanliness, the size , the facilities. We were feeling home

Washing machine, humidifier , spoons missing

Clean apartments, big and well equipped, good breakfast

Location on Google maps take you to the back or side of hotel which was locked, took about 10 mins driving around to figure out the hotel entrance

Spacious units. Very clean. Well equipped with all amenities in the unit (washer, kitchen, etc). Very friendly staff

No shops near byLocation and street noiseThey don’t allow for late check out

Everything- facilities, location, staff are all welcoming, thanks

The location, the parking, the staff, all was great.

The bathroom needs maintenance. The shower not functioning properly, and that was in all the 2 bathrooms in the flat! The pillows were not comfortable enough for me. But I didn’t mention it to the staff, because they were very helpful, and I guess they would change them for me if I mentioned it to them.

We celebrated my mom’s birthday here, we were in fact contemplating whether we should just stayed in an istraha because we will be loud in the room, but luckily, no one has complained. The room is also very clean and complete with kitchen utensils and plates, etc. The receptionist and staff are also welcoming and we felt welcomed. We left our universal adapter and they safekept it and we got it in good condition. We will surely be back for another celebration and will book a bigger room.

The internet only worked for apple products and not in android which is weird. But overall, we enjoyed our stay.

We arrived late because we were driving from mekkah to riyadh (9 hrs straight) and when we arrived the best thing happened to us was meeting with the manager there (alkhayyat) he was very helpful and nice and welcoming, gave us a free upgrade and made our stay super comfortable and pleasant, thank u man

Excellent location. Spacious apartment with good amenities and excellent room service. I think it was exceptionally good to stay here. A bit costly.

Very well welcoming and very supportive staff

Clean and near to city

It´s a very clean, big and comfortable room, just like that at any other Marriott property.

The price of the breakfast ($33) seems very steep for what it is. It´s a bit far from either the old town or the financial center. Having said that, they have ample free parking, so location was not that big an issue for us.

The apartment was very clean and spacious. Plenty of choices at breakfast. Large underground parking and decent internet connection. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

I did not like any thing in this apartment the team very rude and unprofessional they ruined my vacation . I already made check out and chose another apartment to meet my expectation.

Everything is horrible at this apartment and the staff very rude .

The place is very good, clean, spacious and the staff is friendly willing to help at all times.

staff, location and quiet

food menus need to be improved
